In house ER / HR:  What is and does it work? 

There are many different ‘sets of expertise’ that businesses need to survive. But not every organisation is big enough to justify every set inhouse. Most organisation’s organisations engage ‘as and when required’ (and we offer this too) but sometimes this is to intermittent; you want ongoing help, you need continuity of care.

There is a going trend of ‘fractional’ where the organisation gets in person in-house for a fraction of their time. See here and here for some online articles.

What work can we do for you? 

Most of the work we do for organisations is ER work, but we can help with all HR needs as well.

ER is the most legally complex work that HR can do, which puts it furtherest extent of skillset of many HR generalists. Most organisations don’t need an ER expert all of the time, so we come in to help when they do.

How does it work and what do we do for you? 

How it works and what we can do for you depends on what you need. If you need someone onsite, once, twice, every day we can help. If you have ER cases that come in regularly but with peaks and troughs, we can flex to that. We work with you on how and when we engage with you
